As of May 2008, the Clansman Function and Wedding Centre Restaurant is now owned and run by Bob and Maryanne Charles. This is our first time in the hospitality industry and the whole experience is much like a TV style sea change. Only it’s a river change and a long way from our former lives. We are very lucky that the wonderful people that make up the CLANSMAN team have stayed on to work with us. The CLANSMAN started its life as the River Resort Restaurant and has been developed and influenced by the three previous owners. We too have plans and aspirations that should take her on another leg of an interesting journey. |

We also cater for Weddings and Corporate functions and private parties. The grounds surrounding the Clansman are very picturesque and the rose gazebo provides the perfect centre piece for a wedding ceremony . |
